Having the time of your life in Orlando
I live in Florida-precisely Orlando! One of the top destinations for families, couples, lone travelers, and everyone in between. So, what is there to do in Florida besides Disney World? Most everyone, when they hear Florida, thinks about Disney World and Mickey Mouse. And that’s great, but there are tons of things to do in Florida other than Disney World.
Kennedy Space Center
For starters, the Kennedy Space Center in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offers tours and attractions relating back to the beginning of space exploration until today. Do you want to know what it feels like to be an astronaut or be up close and personal to a spacecraft? This is your opportunity to experience it. Visit Kennedy Space Center and book your visit.

Would you enjoy wine tasting in a real vineyard? We have that too! Lakeridge Winery, in 19239 U.S. 27 North, Clermont; is home of 127-acres of grapevines and Florida’s largest premium winery. Lakeridge Winery opened its doors in 1989 and offers winery tours and wine tasting. For tours and wine, tasting times, visit Lakeridge Winery.
Beaches, beaches, and more beaches
Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, St. Pete, St. Augustine, Vero Beach, Port Canaveral, New Smyrna, Sanibel Island, Clearwater-too many to mention them all. Wherever you visit in Florida, either on the east or west coast, you will most likely encounter a beach nearby or as far as only a 2-hour drive!
Lou Gardens
Relax in a garden in the city. Harry P. Leu Gardens in 1920 N. Forest avenue in Orlando, is a 50-acre botanical garden for all those nature lovers visiting Orlando. It opens daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You’ll find a wide range of tropical plants, butterflies, fruit and vegetable gardens, and museums too. You will definitely feel relaxed after this experience.
Sights and Landmarks
Visit Orlando’s International Drive where you will find the famous Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum. Test your mind at WonderWorks Indoor Amusement Park. Interact with your favorite celebrity at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Ride the newest ICON Orlando 360 for a splendid 400 ft prime view of the city. Or try your luck escaping from one of the many Escape Room games in Orlando! And this is just a few of them.
Shop, Eat and Drink!
You can’t miss Church Street in Downtown Orlando with its trendy shops, bars, restaurants, hotels, and nightly entertainment. Disney Springs on Buena Vista Dr. has the best of the best in restaurants, shops, and daily entertainment. Visit the Orlando Science Center on E. Princeton Street and discover the latest in science and technology. Or just stop by Old Town on Irlo Bronson Highway for some fun.
Adventures and Thrill Rides
Ready for thrills and adventure? If you prefer parks, there is no shortage of those. Orlando is home of Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland in Winter Haven, Busch Gardens in Tampa, and Disney World! Visit one of the famous parks in Central Florida.
